QA Engineer (Biometric Passport)
Location: Svalbard, Norway


We are hiring a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our team in Svalbard. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our biometric passport system. Your main duties will include developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in quality assurance testing
- Experience with biometric technology and security protocols
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium or JMeter
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for the biometric passport system
- Identify, report, and track bugs using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Create and maintain automated tests for regression testing
- Conduct performance testing to ensure system reliability
- Monitor product releases to ensure all requirements are met
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
