Information Security Analyst - Svalbard

As an Information Security Analyst in Svalbard, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our company's systems and data. Your main duties will include conducting thorough security assessments, implementing and monitoring security measures, and responding to any security incidents as needed. You will work closely with our IT team to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop solutions to mitigate risks. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and best practices to ensure our company's systems are protected from emerging threats.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of information security principles and technologies, as well as experience with risk assessment and incident response. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM. Excellent communication skills are also essential for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
