Requirements:

- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to relocate to Svalbard, Norway
