Data Analyst
Location: Svalbard, Norway


We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions. You must have experience in data analytics and be able to work with complex data sets.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large sets of data and identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and create predictive models
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies
- Clean and organize data to ensure accuracy
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on analysis results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a data analytics role
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques such as regression, clustering, decision trees, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Salary:
This role offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month.
