Data Analytics Specialist

A data analytics specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that can be used to inform business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis tools, as well as the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

As a data analytics specialist, you will work closely with various teams within the company to identify key business questions and develop analytical solutions. You will also be responsible for creating reports and visualizations to present your findings to stakeholders. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or a similar field is preferred. Knowledge of statistical software such as R or Python is also required.

The ideal candidate should also have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

This position is located in Svalbard and includes accommodation as part of the salary package. We are also offering free visa sponsorship and flight tickets for international candidates.
