Entry Level Software Tester


We are seeking an Entry Level Software Tester to join our team in Svalbard. As a Tester, you will be responsible for navigating through software applications, identifying bugs and errors, and reporting them to the development team. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, making it an ideal opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in software testing.

Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases and report any bugs or errors
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Document test results and provide detailed feedback
- Identify areas for improvement in the software and suggest solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with the development team

Salary:
The salary for this entry-level position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job based in Svalbard, an archipelago located between Norway and the North Pole. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
