Online Consultant (Part-Time) - Svalbard, Norway



We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing product/service information
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
- Assisting clients with online transactions and orders
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure prompt resolution of client issues
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proficient in using various online platforms for communication and transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or online support is preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be based in our office in Svalbard, but remote work options may be available depending on the situation. This role does not include accommodation.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
