In this role, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance to clients, offering advice and support through various online platforms.

As an Online Consultant, your duties may include responding to client inquiries, providing guidance and recommendations, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and ensuring timely follow-up with clients.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to adapt quickly to changing situations. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
