Online Consultant for E-commerce in Svalbard



We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Online Consultant to join our e-commerce team in Svalbard. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information through various communication channels (email, chat, social media)
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with navigating our website, placing orders, and making payments
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers
- Identifying opportunities for improvements in the online shopping process based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Must be willing to work flexible hours based on business needs
