Facade Engineer

A reputable construction company in Svalbard is seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the installation of building facades. This role requires extensive knowledge of facade materials, building codes, and structural engineering principles.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop facade systems for new construction projects
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop innovative solutions
- Conduct site visits to ensure proper installation and quality control
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Facade Engineer
- Strong knowledge of facade materials, including glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

This position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
