Job Title: Facade Construction Specialist


As a Facade Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of building facades in Svalbard. Your main duties will include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and conducting quality control inspections. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing construction plans, managing project timelines and budgets, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during construction.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of building materials and construction techniques specific to facades. You should also have excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Additionally, communication and leadership skills are essential as you will be working closely with various teams throughout the construction process.

This is a contract position open to all nationalities. The salary for this role is $1100 per month. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in facade construction or a related field. A degree in architecture or civil engineering is preferred but not required.
