Tiler (Svalbard)



We are currently hiring for the role of Tiler in Svalbard. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles, including ceramic, mosaic, and stone. You will work with a variety of materials such as cement, grout, and adhesives to create beautiful and durable tile surfaces.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling them
- Mix and apply adhesives to secure tiles in place
- Use tools such as trowels, levels, and tile cutters
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of tiles
- Grout and seal finished surfaces
- Repair or replace damaged tiles

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Knowledge of various tiling techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
