Plasterboard Worker



We are in need of a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Svalbard. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard panels in commercial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard panels according to specifications
- Install panels using screws, nails, or adhesive
- Fill joints and holes with joint compound and sand them smooth
- Prepare surfaces by applying primer or sealant
- Repair damaged panels or surfaces as needed
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Experience with hand and power tools used in plastering, such as saws, drills, and trowels
- Knowledge of different types of plasterboard materials and their applications
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.
