Job Title: Finisher Technician

We are a reputable manufacturing company in Svalbard seeking a skilled Finisher Technician to join our team. As a Finisher Technician, you will be responsible for applying finishes and coatings to products according to specifications and quality standards. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces, mixing and applying finishes, and inspecting finished products for any defects.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a finisher or in a similar role is preferred. A biometric passport is required due to the sensitive nature of our work.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and filling gaps as needed
- Mix paints or other finishes according to specifications
- Apply finishes using brushes, sprayers, or other equipment
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain equipment and work area clean and organized
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a finisher or in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Biometric passport required due to sensitive nature of work
