Industrial Alpinist - Svalbard



We are a leading industrial alpinism company located in Svalbard. We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Industrial Alpinists. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, with the opportunity for growth and advancement.

As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at great heights using specialized equipment and techniques. This includes rope access work, rigging, welding, painting, and general maintenance and repair work on structures such as buildings, bridges, and wind turbines.

While prior experience in industrial alpinism is preferred, we also welcome candidates without experience who are willing to learn and train on the job. We provide comprehensive training programs to ensure the safety and competency of our employees.

Requirements:
- Physically fit with no fear of heights
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to follow safety procedures at all times
- Valid industrial rope access certification (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Valid driver's license
