Elevator Installer - Svalbard



We are currently hiring for an experienced Elevator Installer to join our team in Svalbard. As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of elevators in commercial and residential buildings.

Salary: 1200$ per month

Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble elevator components according to blueprints and specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with elevators
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper use of equipment
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts for repairs or installations
- Train new employees on installation techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an elevator installer
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of electrical systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Physically fit to lift heavy equipment and climb ladders
