Heavy Equipment Operator


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Svalbard. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to complete construction projects. You will also be responsible for following safety protocols and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained. This position requires physical strength, coordination, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating heavy equipment and possess a strong work ethic. Females and individuals with their own visa are encouraged to apply.

Salary: $1100/month

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and report any issues or concerns
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexible schedule, including availability for overtime as needed
