As a Glazier in Svalbard, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and replacing glass in various structures such as buildings, homes and vehicles. You will work with different types of glass, including tempered, laminated and mirrored glass, using cutting tools, drills and other specialized equipment to shape and install it. Your attention to detail and precision will be crucial in ensuring the safety and functionality of the glass.

Key responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to fit specific dimensions
- Install glass panes into frames using putty or rubber gaskets
- Replace damaged or broken glass in windows, doors or other structures
- Create custom-made glass products such as mirrors or shower enclosures
- Repair chips, cracks or scratches on glass surfaces
- Work with different types of glass including safety, insulated and decorative glass
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed while working with tools and equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide quality service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Glazier or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of glass and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and standing for long periods
- Attention to detail for precise cuts and installations
- Good communication skills to interact with clients

Salary: 1100$ per month
