Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Svalbard. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet their needs and comply with building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and vision
- Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Ensure that designs meet building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Work closely with engineers to incorporate structural elements into designs
- Communicate with contractors to ensure that designs are accurately implemented during construction
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and new materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position. Accommodation will also be provided.
