Part-Time Architectural Designer
Location: Svalbard, Norway


We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. As a Part-Time Architectural Designer, you will work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial designs. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for full-time employment in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements
- Develop 3D models and renderings to communicate design concepts to clients
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software such as SketchUp or Revit
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
