Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in the beautiful city of Svalbard. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints for commercial buildings
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage project timelines and budget to ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial projects in cold weather environments
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices
