Junior Industrial Architect
Location: Svalbard, Norway


We are in need of a creative and detail-oriented Junior Industrial Architect to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, planning, and construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with senior architects to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for industrial buildings and structures
- Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Assist in the selection of materials and equipment for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and new building materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in industrial architecture or related field (internship experience will be considered)
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
