Senior Architect - Svalbard Contract



We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in the beautiful city of Svalbard. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all necessary regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all project requirements are met
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and drawings using computer-aided design software
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and create designs that meet their needs
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture to incorporate into projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and other professionals

This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
