Excavator Operator

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Svalbard. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining excavators to complete various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating excavators and a valid operator's license.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig, move, and load materials
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Coordinate with other team members for efficient project completion
- Troubleshoot any equipment issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an excavator operator
- Valid operator's license/certification
- Strong understanding of excavation techniques and equipment maintenance
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Location:
This position is located in Svalbard, an archipelago in the Arctic Ocean. While not a strict requirement, preference will be given to candidates who are open to living in this unique location.
