Job Title: Entry-Level Florist in Svalbard

As an entry-level florist, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. Your primary duties will include processing orders, selecting and arranging flowers, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about flowers and has a creative eye for design.

Responsibilities:
- Process orders and handle payments accurately
- Select and order flowers from suppliers
- Arrange flowers according to customers' preferences and event themes
- Deliver floral displays to customers' specified locations
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and a creative eye for design
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and handling techniques
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 25 pounds)
- No prior experience required; training will be provided on-the-job
