Fitness Instructor

Our fitness center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team in Longyearbyen, Svalbard. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, creating personalized exercise programs for clients, and leading group fitness classes. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization
- Experience working with clients of various ages and fitness levels
- Ability to conduct fitness assessments and create individualized exercise programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Conducting fitness assessments for new clients
- Creating personalized exercise programs based on client goals and abilities
- Leading group fitness classes such as Zumba, yoga, or spin
- Providing guidance and motivation to clients during workouts
- Educating clients on proper form and technique to prevent injuries
- Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to exercise programs

Preferences:
- Possessing a biometric passport (preferred but not required)
- Experience working with women's fitness (preferred but not required)
