Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Svalbard. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Create schedules and assign duties to staff members
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Must be willing to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays
