Part Time Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team in Svalbard. As a Part Time Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the store's appearance. This position offers a salary of 1200$ and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly
- Meet sales targets by actively promoting and selling products
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of basic math for cash transactions
- Familiarity with inventory management software
