Part-Time Construction Manager


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Svalbard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to work independently on a part-time basis. This position is suitable for men who have a biometric passport and are able to work without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site, addressing any issues that may arise
- Review and approve project plans, contracts, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. As this role does not come with accommodation, it is preferable for the candidate to have their own housing in Svalbard.
