Construction Manager - Svalbard

As a Construction Manager in Svalbard, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include planning and organizing the construction process, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

To excel in this role, you must have strong leadership skills and previous experience in the construction industry. An understanding of project management principles and budgeting is essential. As this is a contract job, the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines is crucial.

In addition to a competitive salary of 1300$, this position also offers accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-Svalbard residents. We are urgently seeking candidates who are willing to relocate immediately.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management
- Knowledge of project management principles and budgeting
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
