Part-Time Crane Operator


We are urgently seeking a part-time crane operator to join our team in Svalbard. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for flexible work hours and has a passion for operating cranes. As a crane operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating cranes to move materials and equipment on construction sites.

Requirements:
- Must have a valid crane operator's license
- Prior experience as a crane operator is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Must have a valid work visa for Svalbard or be willing to obtain one
- Ability to follow safety regulations and adhere to all company policies

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to job specifications and safety guidelines
- Perform pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment using the crane
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and any incidents that may occur
