Sales Manager - Svalbard
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships in the beautiful and remote location of Svalbard. This is a contract job with a starting salary of 1700$, suitable for men without previous experience. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues raised by clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
