Sales Manager - Svalbard
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the beautiful city of Svalbard. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet their targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products/services.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- In-depth knowledge of market research techniques and analysis.
- Willingness to travel for work as needed.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with other benefits such as accommodation.
