Waiter/Waitress

The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for customer service and a strong work ethic. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your main duties will include taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and assisting with any additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and outgoing personality

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Provide menus and take orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area before, during, and after service hours
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

This is a contract job with a salary of $1100 per month. As this is a part-time position, it is suitable for students looking for part-time work. The working hours are flexible but may include weekends or evenings. The location of this job is in Svalbard.
