Online Tutor - Svalbard (Contract)



We are currently hiring for the position of Online Tutor to join our team in Svalbard. As an Online Tutor, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and provide educational support to students all over the world.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online tutoring sessions with students of various ages and levels
- Plan and prepare lessons based on individual student needs and curriculum requirements
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student's performance and areas for improvement
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students in the learning process
- Stay updated on current educational trends and best practices in online tutoring

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferably with a focus on teaching English as a second language)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds is preferred but not required
- Access to reliable internet connection and necessary technology for conducting online tutoring sessions

Salary: $1700 per month (contract position)
