We are searching for a reliable and experienced Babysitter to join our team in Svalbard. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being while their parents are away. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with children and be able to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. This position offers a salary of $1500 per month without accommodation. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care at all times
- Plan age-appropriate activities to engage and entertain the children
- Prepare meals and snacks as needed
- Change diapers, assist with potty training, and help with any other personal hygiene tasks
- Administer medication if necessary, following proper protocols
- Communicate with parents about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or similar role
- Knowledge of child development stages and ability to provide age-appropriate care
- First aid/CPR certification preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in stressful situations
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
- Must be able to pass a background check
