Mason Supervisor


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Svalbard. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month. As the Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of masons on various construction projects.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a mason
- Experience in supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge and skills in masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid work visa for Svalbard or willing to obtain one
- High school diploma or equivalent education

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials by the team
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect completed work for quality control
- Communicate with project managers or clients regarding progress and any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to the team to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Maintain a safe working environment for all workers
