A reputable bakery in the scenic city of Svalbard is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious baked goods, such as bread, pastries, cakes, and pies. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and visa sponsorship for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Measuring and combining ingredients according to recipes
- Mixing, kneading, and shaping doughs
- Baking items in ovens or on grills
- Decorating and icing finished products
- Cleaning workstations and equipment
- Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Ensuring high quality and consistent products
- Following food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Creativity in decorating baked goods
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
