We are in search of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in the beautiful city of Svalbard, Norway. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods for our customers. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Decorate baked goods using various techniques such as icing, glazing, and piping
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and menu items
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions or concerns about our products

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification from an accredited program
- Experience working in a high-volume bakery or restaurant
- Familiarity with specialty diets (gluten-free, vegan)

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1600 per month. We also offer accommodation for our employees. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking for part-time employment while studying in Svalbard.
