Administrator - Contract Position in Svalbard


A reputable organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator for a contract position in Svalbard. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in an international setting. As this position requires handling sensitive information, a biometric passport is required.

In this role, the Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to maintaining records, coordinating meetings and events, managing correspondence, and providing general support to the team. The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills.

As this is a contract position, the ideal candidate should be able to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages would be an advantage. If you are a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and are able to work under pressure, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
