We have an exciting opportunity for a Handyman to join our team in Svalbard. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial properties. This is a contract job with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor electrical issues
- Conduct general repairs and renovations such as painting, carpentry work, and basic plumbing
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of supplies and order replacement materials when necessary
- Ensure that all work is completed to high standards and meets safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required for this role, although any previous handyman experience would be beneficial
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Must have good communication skills and be able to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and find efficient solutions
