Loader Operator - Svalbard, Norway



As a Loader Operator at our company in Svalbard, Norway, you will play an integral role in ensuring the efficient operation of our loading and unloading processes. Your main responsibility will be operating heavy machinery to move materials and products around our site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as loaders, forklifts, and excavators to load and unload materials and products
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper functioning and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading/unloading activities
- Maintain accurate records of loaded/unloaded materials and products
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery in a similar industry (e.g. construction, mining, logistics)
- Valid loader operator certification or license
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow protocols at all times
- Physically fit and able to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with no accommodation provided. You must have your own visa to work in Norway. The job is open to all genders.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.
