We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager in Svalbard. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. Your duties will include but are not limited to managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing office events, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have a strong attention to detail. This position offers a salary of $900 per month and is suitable for men with or without experience. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
