Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Svalbard. Your main goal will be to drive sales and build strong relationships with clients, both locally and internationally. You will work closely with the hotel management team to ensure that all sales efforts are aligned with the overall business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain guests
- Identify and target potential clients, including corporate businesses, travel agencies, event planners, and other relevant industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, networking events, and site visits
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, packages, and campaigns to drive sales
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer feedback to make adjustments to sales strategies as needed
- Manage the hotel's sales budget and report on performance regularly
- Train and mentor the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to achieve targets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients according to company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role in the hotel industry (minimum 3 years)
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue management principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales strategies
- Experience in managing a team is preferred but not required
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for all employees.
