Our luxurious hotel in Svalbard is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth and memorable stay for our guests. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain an organized desk area and keep track of guest requests
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local area attractions
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional guest service
- Willingness to learn about local attractions, events, and dining options
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
