As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's technology infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness. This position is based in the US and does not require prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's technology infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement IT strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure all systems are secure, reliable, and up-to-date
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall performance
- Monitor budget for technology expenses and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend innovative solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
- Proven experience in managing IT operations, preferably in a contract role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Knowledge of network security protocols, hardware, software, and operating systems
- Familiarity with budget management and vendor negotiations
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1200 per month.
