As an entry level Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and clients experiencing issues with computer hardware, software, and network systems. Your main goal will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner, while providing excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys problem-solving. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and includes accommodation in the vibrant city of the US.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems for clients
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a timely manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in computer science or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer service-oriented with patience and empathy towards customers
