Part-Time Computer Support Specialist


We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software issues. This role is based in the US and requires the candidate to have their own valid visa.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on computers to ensure optimal performance
- Train users on basic computer skills and troubleshoot common problems
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement solutions for complex issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be available to work part-time hours

Salary: $1500/month (based on experience)

Location: US (candidate must have own valid visa)
