We are hiring a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in the United States. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their data needs and providing data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify correlations, trends, and patterns.
- Develop visualizations and reports to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficient in statistical analysis tools such as R or Python.
- Experience working with large datasets using SQL or other database management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
