Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide effective solutions
- Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to prepare data for modeling
- Train, validate, and optimize models using various machine learning techniques
- Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments or improvements
- Research new methods and technologies in the field of machine learning to continuously improve our processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, etc.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL or other tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working with large datasets in a cloud environment (e.g. AWS)
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Familiarity with software development practices (e.g. version control systems)
